Job Description
The successful candidate will carry out advanced research in biomolecular modeling and simulations, incorporating state-of-the-art AI approaches into molecular simulation workflows. Close collaboration with wet-lab researchers for molecular design and experimental validation is an essential component of the role.
Qualifications
Applicants must hold a PhD, be near completion of a PhD, or possess equivalent research experience in biomolecular modeling and free-energy calculations using molecular dynamics simulations. Candidates should be proficient in bash scripting and have hands-on experience with molecular modeling and simulation packages such as GROMACS, AMBER, and GENESIS.
Familiarity with data science and AI/machine learning techniques is considered an advantage. Additional desirable skills include experience with Python-based scientific computing, analysis of large-scale simulation data, use of high-performance computing (HPC) environments, version control systems (e.g., Git), and collaborative research with experimental (wet-lab) scientists.

Salary

(4) Record of competitive research grants and external research funding acquired (Classify into Grants-in-Aid for Scientific Research, commissioned research funds, and other competitive funds. Specify whether principal investigator or collaborator, the applicant's allocated amount, and research period. Also state the total amount of research funding acquired to date.)
(5) Summary of research achievements to date (within 2 A4 pages)
(6) Vision for research and education after appointment (within 2 A4 pages)
